Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
AdPilot ("we", "us") is operated by M Abdullah, Pakistan. AdPilot helps e-commerce brands create, launch and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your username, email address and password (stored hashed).
- Meta data, only with your permission: your Facebook user ID and name, Facebook Page ID, the ad accounts you select, and a Meta access token.
- Advertising data: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives and files you upload, budgets, and performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, purchases and ROAS.
- Strategy inputs you provide, such as workflow type and breakeven ROAS.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and server logs.
2. How we use your data
- To create and launch campaigns, ad sets and ads in your ad account when you instruct us to.
- To retrieve performance data from your ad account every day and evaluate it against the strategy you chose.
- To pause underperforming ads (if you enable auto-pause) and to recommend scaling for well-performing ads.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
We use Meta data only to provide these features. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you or to build profiles for unrelated purposes.
3. Sharing with service providers
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf: hosting and database providers, and AI services used to analyze ad performance and generate recommendations. These providers may process ad performance data solely to deliver the service. We may also disclose data if required by law.
4. Ad spend and payments
Ad spend is charged by Meta directly to the payment method on your ad account. AdPilot does not receive, hold or process your ad budget.
5. Security
We protect your data with access controls and secured servers. Meta access tokens are used only to act on your ad account as you direct. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Disconnecting and deletion
You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from AdPilot or from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations, which stops our access. To delete your data, follow the steps on our data deletion page. We complete requests within 30 days.
7. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove your personal data and Meta tokens, except where we must keep limited records for legal reasons.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
9. Children
AdPilot is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
