Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdPilot, operated by M Abdullah, Pakistan. By using AdPilot you agree to them.
1. The service
AdPilot is a tool that helps businesses create, launch and monitor Meta advertising campaigns, and provides AI-based analysis and recommendations, including optional automatic pausing of ads.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Connecting Meta
You authorize AdPilotto access your Meta account and ad account and to act on them as you direct. You must have the right to manage the ad accounts you connect, and you must follow Meta's terms and advertising policies. You can disconnect at any time.
4. Ad spend
Ad spend is billed by Meta to your ad account. You are solely responsible for your budgets, campaigns and ad content. AdPilot does not hold or charge your ad budget.
5. AI recommendations and automation
Recommendations and automated actions (such as pausing or suggesting scaling) are based on data and the strategy you select. They are not guaranteed to improve results or profitability. You can turn automation off and review actions in your Meta account.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use AdPilotfor illegal, misleading or prohibited advertising, to violate Meta's policies, or to interfere with the service.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Meta's systems may change or fail. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, ad performance, ad spend, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using AdPilot and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
